Japan cancels public celebrations for emperor's birthday amid coronavirus concerns

Japanese authorities have reportedly cancelled public celebrations for Emperor Naruhito's birthday due to the spread of the coronavirus, APA reports quoting Sputnik.

Note that last week, Tokyo reported the first death from the virus in the country, with more than 200 confirmed cases of the infection across Japan.
