Over the past 24 hours, Kazakhstan has confirmed 1,228 new cases of coronavirus infection, the Health Ministry said on Feb 3, APA reports citing AKIPress.
Pavlodar region confirmed 235 new cases; Akmola region - 170; Nur-Sultan city - 130; Almaty city - 113; Atyrau region - 89; West Kazakhstan region - 85; Kostanay region - 84; East Kazakhstan region - 81; North Kazakhstan region - 76; Karaganda region - 63; Almaty region - 53; Zhambyl region - 15; Shymkent city - 13; Mangistau region - 9; Aktobe region - 5; Turkestan region - 4; Kyzylorda region - 3.
A total of 190,359 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the country so far.
1,136 more people recovered from coronavirus infection bringing the total number of cured to 171,099.
