Kazakhstan passes 101,000 coronavirus cases

517 new COVID-19 cases are confirmed in Kazakhstan by the morning of August 13, 278 of them are asymptomatic, APA reports citing AKI Press.

New cases included: East-Kazakhstan region – 85 in total / 25 asymptomatic; Karaganda region – 56 / 13; Almaty – 52 / 23; West-Kazakhstan region – 39 / 23; Nur-Sultan – 38 / 12; North-Kazakhstan region – 33 / 7; Akmola region – 32 / 14; Turkestan region – 31 / 26; Kostanai region – 27 / 9; Mangistau region – 21 / 20; Almaty region – 21 / 20; Atyrau region – 20 / 19; Jambyl region – 19 / 8; Pavlodar region – 19 / 6; city of Shymkent – 10 / 7; Aktobe region – 10 / 6; Kyzylorda region – 4 / 1.

The total number of confirmed cases reached 101,372.
