A Chaiyaphum woman has contracted Covid-19 for the second time after having been cured of the virus while she was in Bangkok in the middle of March, APA reports citing Asia One.

The woman, 38, had also returned from overseas in March and was found to be infected with the novel coronavirus. She was admitted to Phyathai 2 Hospital in Bangkok and recovered. Then she decided to return to her hometown.

However, from April 3-5 she became sick again and went for a test. The result showed that her throat was infected with Covid-19.
