“Tomorrow we will also discuss the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh issue during the meeting with my Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in a joint press conference with his Kosovar counterpart.
Recalling the signing of a memorandum on the establishment of a joint Russian-Turkish ceasefire monitoring center in Nagorno-Karabakh, the minister noted that the duty and activity of the Joint Center will also be discussed.
According to Turkish FM, ceasefire, stability and lasting peace in the South Caucasus should be within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in accordance with relevant UN and OSCE resolutions.
M. Cavusoglu noted that their cooperation with Russia continues, although they have different positions on regional issues, including Syria and Libya.
