“Our position related to the nuclear program of Iran is clear. Despite this, unfortunately, unpleasant statements are made by Iranian side regarding the operations (“Peace Spring” operation) carried out by Turkey in N Syria,” Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said before departure for meeting with Russian President Putin in Sochi, APA reports.
“Some statements made by the Iranian side have caused concern. However, these statements have not been made by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani but he had to silence those who made the statements. I strongly condemn Iran in this issue,” Turkish President stated.
