The death toll has risen to 10 after a landslide at a construction site in Bijie City, southwest China's Guizhou Province, local authorities said on Tuesday, APA reports citing CGTN.
The landslide occurred at around 7 p.m. on Monday, with 17 people buried on the site, according to Bijie's municipal government.
Four people are still unaccounted for, while three injured who were rushed to hospital were in stable condition.
As of noon, over 1,000 personnel from emergency, fire and public security departments were searching on the site for the missing people.
