The number of people who died as a result of the earthquakes in Turkey has increased to 47,932, said Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkiye Suleyman Soylu, APA reports.

"Number of those who died in the earthquake in Türkiye exceeded 47 thousand," said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, APA reports.
According to him, as a result of the earthquake, there are more than 115 000 injured in total as a result of the earthquake.
President extended condolences once again to the relatives of those who died.
