Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has made a statement to the journalist while returning from Qatar visit, APA’s Turkish correspondent reports citing Sabah newspaper.
President Erdogan brought into notice that Turkey is ready to mediate between Ukraine and Russia to cool tension.
“We are ready to give our best support to reduce the tension between Russia and Ukraine that has been rising in recent weeks and to establish a dialog channel. With the consent of both parties, we can offer facilitation, mediation, or support in any format desired,” the Turkish President noted.
