Eight people accused of the collapse of a 10-storey building in the Iranian city of Abadan have been detained, APA's Tehran bureau reports.
The owner of the building, the head of the contractor company and 6 employees of the construction control department of the Abadan City Hall were detained.
A criminal case has been opened and an investigation is underway.
Note that 6 people died and 29 were injured in the collapsed building in Abadan.
An estimated 80 persons were buried beneath the debris.
The search continues.
