A spokesman for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nasser Kanaani has commented on the visit of Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi to Armenia in his weekly presser on Monday, APA's bureau in Tehran reports citing Iran press.
"The escalation of tensions and instability in the South Caucasus will not serve the interests of any of the involved and neighboring countries. Peace, stability, and security in the region are necessary for economic development and prosperity of economic and commercial relations. We consider any approach outside of this provocative and we do not accept fueling instability in the region," Kanaani noted
