Iranian Presiden says they have reached agreement with Erdogan on water dams on Aras river

"Iran's existence in the region is for stability", said Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi at the press conference, APA's Tehran bureau reports.

He noted that relations between China and Iran are completely independent, and the relations will be further developed thanks to the membership of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.

"Both countries are determined to develop their relations".

Ibrahim Raisi said that against the background of the sanctions, attention should be paid to the internal development of the country.

Raisi noted that in a meeting with Recep Tayyip Erdogan, they have reached an agreement that will facilitate the solution of the problems related to the water dams built on the Aras river.
