“Iran is a threat to the world order,” said Isaac Herzog, Israeli President during his visit to Germany, APA reports.
Addressing German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Herzog said that the forces of hatred come primarily from Iran.
"Iran is clearly trying to destroy Israel, and the world community should deal with it seriously and harshly," the Israeli President noted.
Herzog said that he believes that the Iranian authorities are not reliable.
"Iran has proven that it cannot be trusted. This country is a threat to the world order," said Herzog.
The Israeli president noted that his country does not accept threats to its territorial integrity. Herzog said that Israel's allies must stand firmly behind it from now on.
