A meeting between the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Prime Minister of Armenia was planned in New York, but the schedules of the parties did not allow it, the spokesman of the President of Turkey, Ibrahim Kalin, said in an interview with "NTV" channel, APA reports.
He reminded that the two leaders may meet in Prague in the near future, and the Turkish side is coordinating this issue with the Azerbaijani side. Official Baku also shows a positive position on the issue.
Erdogan's spokesman emphasized that the meetings of the special representatives on the normalization process between Turkey and Armenia are progressing in a positive direction.
