An ambulance and a police car were set on fire by protesters in the Iranian city of Mashhad, APA’s Tehran bureau reports.

On September 20, anti-government slogans were raised in protests held in Tehran, Mashhad, Sari, Tabriz, and other cities.

Protesters overturned trash cans, set them on fire, and damaged some city signs.

Protesters attacked an ambulance and set it on fire during the protest in Mashhad.

A police officer who arrived to disperse the protest was also set fire by the protesters.
