"One of the world's most powerful countries used all its imperial goals in Syria and Iraq. Together with a couple of countries from Europe, sent trucks full of equipment but for whom? They were handed over to terrorist organizations in these regions," President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists on his way back from Saudi Arabia, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.

He noted that Turkiye is seriously concerned with these terrorist organizations.

"We will not turn a blind eye to this. At present, there is an Iraqi administration, which is in solidarity with us and talks are in a positive direction with them. Together with this administration, we will continue to take positive steps for peace in the region. The situation in Syria is slightly different. We stand in solidarity with the Syrian people. We will take steps together with them, "President Erdogan said.

He stressed that Turkey won the hearts of the people with the briquette houses it had built in northern Syria: “Our goal is to build 100,000 briquette houses in the first stage. At present, we have built about 60,000 houses. ”
