"We can not allow attacks against Israeli citizens in Turkiye," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu at a joint press conference with Israeli counterpart Yair Lapid in Ankara, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.
According to FM, security bodies of both countries continue close cooperation: "We can not allow happening of such incidents in our country. Necessary messages have been delivered in this regard."
Yair Lapid has called save of lives of Israeli citizens in Istanbul last week an obvious sample of cooperation with Turkiye in diplomatic and security fields.
Israeli FM has noted that Turkish intelligence has revealed an assassination plot by a group of persons from Iran against Israeli citizens in Istanbul.
