The Armenian armed forces blatantly violating the requirements of the declared humanitarian ceasefire regime including main norms and principles of Geneva Conventions dated 1949 continue to inflict fire on peaceful civilian population, civilian infrastructure facilities, the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office told APA.
Azerbaijan’s Terter region was subjected to intensive rocket and heavy artillery fire from various directions by the armed units of the enemy side beginning from the morning hours on 19.10.2020.
The fire broke out in Terter branch of the Cotton processing factory Limited Liability Company as a result of falling of cannon missile on territory of Azadgaragoyunlu village of the region at about 04:00 p.m. today.
Currently, all investigative measures that are possible in the existing condition are implemented by employees of the prosecutor’s office in order to determine whether any person (persons) sustained injury during the fire.
