Kamaladdin Heydarov: ""Karabakh is Azerbaijan and exclamation mark!" phrase became reality of our history, symbol of our Victory"

"Our victorious Army achieved successful resolution of duties such as the liberation of Azerbaijani territories and restoration of territorial integrity with counter-attack operations during 44 days starting from September 27, as a result of wisdom, determined will, and leadership of Azerbaijani President, Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, who realized biggest wishes of our nation," Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov wrote in his article to "Azerbaijan" newspaper, APA reports.

Minister said that Armenia confessed its full and unconditional capitulation: ""Karabakh is Azerbaijan and exclamation mark!" phrase became a reality of our history, symbol of our Great Victory".
