Armenia’s armed forces blatantly violating humanitarian ceasefire regime shelled from reactive systems center of Berde city at afternoon hours today, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) told APA.
Consequently, there are mortal and injured casualties among civilian population, serious damage has been caused to infrastructure.
A certain number of police officers and military servicemen of Internal Troops have been urgently sent on business trip to Berde by instruction of senior officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to help Berde Region Police Department to deliver wounded citizens to hospitals timely, to further strengthen security measures in the city and on roads, as well as to ensure protection of movable and immovable properties belonging to citizens.
Currently, the police officers and the military servicemen of the Internal Troops continue their services in the city under the enhance working condition.
