By relevant order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the partial mobilization has been declared in the country, said first deputy head of State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, major general Zaur Abdullayev, APA reports.
According to him, tens of thousands of citizens – more than the number envisaged in the plan for partial mobilization – have appealed to the Administrative Office and local structural units of the Service and say they want to participate in the battles for our territorial integrity: "As a result of this enthusiasm and the multiple appeals of the citizens, the process is successfully implemented and they are involved in military training. We once again express our gratitude to the multiple citizens who demonstrate patriotism and wish to voluntarily join the battles".
