A lesson was held on the topic “Organization of catering in the field conditions”

In accordance with the combat training plan for 2019, the Food Service of the Logistics Department of the Main Logistics Department of the Ministry of Defense held a demonstration lesson on the topic “Organization of catering in the field conditions” for the chiefs of food services of types of troops, Army corps, military formations and units, Ministry of Defence told APA.

According to the lesson plan, methods for deploying meal stations on the terrain, preparing food in the field condition, baking bread, catering for military personnel were practically demonstrated, as well as the proper management and storage of documents were explained.
