"TurAz Qartalı-2019" Exercises starts today in Azerbaijan

Large group of flight and engineering-technical staff of the Turkish Air Force has arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the "TurAz Qartalı-2019" Joint Exercises, APA reports citing Azerbaijani MOD.

The work on staff accommodation, exercise planning, and other organizational issues are currently underway to get prepared for the exercises. The exercises will be held from September 2 to 16.

Aviation aircrafts consisting of MiG-29, F-16, Su-25, P-235 planes and Mi-35, Mi-17, “Sikorski” UH-70, CH-47 “Chinok and ATAK/AH-1W helicopters will participate in the exercises to be held from September 2 to 16.
