A counteroffensive of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of Nakhchivan has left Armenians ‘knocked out’, which is confirmed once again by the regular discussions in the Armenian press about the "Gunnut" operation, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense told APA on Wednesday.
Unable to get over the defeat they suffered, the Armenian military-political leadership is now attempting to justify their acts by indirectly abusing people’s fear in a hundred ways, the Defense Ministry said.
“The Armenians have failed to come up with any substantial proof against the photos and videos shot by the Azerbaijani side in the liberated territories, so they now have no option but to organize “press tours” to some unknown mountainous sites. The return of civilians to some areas liberated by the Azerbaijani army in Nakhchivan and the restoration of normal life therein is already an irrefutable and unquestionable fact,” added the Defense Ministry.
