Personnel changes made in Armenian Army

APA reports quoting Armenian media that Colonel Henrikh Muradyan has been appointed as Military Commissar of the Republic of Armenia under the order of President Serzh Sargsyan. Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Maj-Gen Aykaz Bagramyan’s term of office has been prolonged for 5 years. Furthermore, Head of the organizational and mobilization department, Colonel Arakel Martikyan has been dismissed, Commander of the Fifth Army Corps, Major-General Kamo Kochunts correspondingly appointed to this post.

Commander of the Second Army Corps, Major-General Ovik Oganyan has also been dismissed and former Commander of the Forth Army Corps, Major-General Poghos Poghosyan appointed to this post. Major-General Andranik Makaryan has been appointed as Commander of the Forth Army Corps.
