Ashug Adalat laid to rest

Famous Azerbaijani ashug Adalat Nasibov who had died on Thursday aged 78 after a long battle with a disease, was laid to rest on Friday in his hometown Gazakh.  


Taleh Mansur, a young poet who lives in Gazakh, told APA that following the farewell ceremony held at the Culture House, the ashug’s body was taken to the Aghkoynak village’s cemetery and buried therein.


The funeral was joined by representatives of the Union of Ashugs of Azerbaijan, public figures and the deceased’s family members.
