BMW goes to law for declaring Telman Ismayilov’s son bankrupt

APA-Economics reports citing to Vedomosti newspaper that the amount of the claim is not publicized.

Mitrofanov and Ismayilov did not comment on this issue. BMW Bank also refused making a comment.

As a result of the newspaper’s research, Mitrofanov had BMW-X6 and BMW-750Li as at end of 2011. At the end of 2015, the former deputy had only BMW-750Li.

31.7% share in AST Trans Market belong to A. Ismayilov, same percent to his brother Sarkhan and remaining part to his relative Zaur Mardanov.

Remind that in August 2016, the Moscow Arbitration Court declared Telman Ismayilov bankrupt upon the claim of BM-Bank.

Mitrofanov was deprived of parliamentary immunity in 2014. He was accused of taking bribe in the amount of $200,000 from businessman Vyacheslav Jarov.
