11,3 thousand tones of Azerbaijani oil transported to oil refineries of Ukraine

In July of this year, oil transit via pipeline from the territory of Ukraine increased by 27,1% (up to 1.3 mln. tonnes) in comparison to the related period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing the operator of the main oil pipeline system of Ukraine Ukrtransnafta.

In addition, last month Ukrtransnafta transported more than 170 thousand tones of oil to Ukraine’s oil refineries. This indicator is 15,3% less in comparison to July of the previous year. 116,4 thousand tones of transported oil were Ukrainian oil, 11,3 thousand Azerbaijani oil, and 42,3 thousand America’s oil.

In July 2020, the total volume of oil transportations increased by 20,3% (up to 1,5 mln.tones) in comparison to July of the previous year. The volume of the transported oil made up 8,8 mln. tones during the first seven months of 2020, which is 11,6% more in comparison to the same period of 2019.
