Some OPEC+ ministers had a conference call on Tuesday to discuss the oil price rout and possible extra measures to support the market, implementation of commitments since May, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Energy told APA.
Azerbaijan's Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov also participated in conference call.
Energy Minister Shahbazov called on other oil producers which not represented in the OPEC+ format, to make commitments during the talks: "OPEC plus fulfills a historic mission and has made relevant commitments. Now oil producers outside OPEC plus must actively join the process and declare their commitments."
