Azerbaijan increases gas export by 11%

During January-May of this year, Azerbaijan exported 5,461,155.75 thousand cubic meters of natural gas valued at $ 1,038,426.88 thousand, "APA-Economics" reports according to results of the calculations conducted by it on the basis of the report issued by the State Customs Committee.

The value of the natural gas exported by Azerbaijan during the past five months of this year is 19.14% more, while its volume is 11.38% more compared to the same indicators for the relevant period of 2019.

Remind that last year Azerbaijan exported 12,537,405.17 thousand cubic meters (58.7% growth) of natural gas valued at $ 2,366,833.7 thousand (57.9% growth).
