During January-July of this year, Georgia imported from Azerbaijan 174 114,9 tons of cement worth $8 736,7 thousand, according to the report of Georgia’s National Statistics Department, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.
It was stated that the value of the product imported from Azerbaijan decreased by $4 068,5 thousand or 31,7% in annual expression, while its volume decreased by 56 704,8 tons or 24,6%.
Thus, during January-July of the last year, Georgia imported from Azerbaijan 230 819,7 tons of cement worth $12 805,2 thousand.
