Russian Deputy Minister: The fair diapason of oil prices is in the range of 40-60 dollars

The fair prices of per barrel oil is in the range of 40-60 dollars including 2030, said Pavel Sorokin, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian, APA reports citing Russian press.

He has noted that oil prices exceed 60 dollars will  already pave the way for the production in the volume in 2030, and it may lead to the development of deep-water resources in Canada and hard-to-extract resources in the United States, Russia and the Arctic.
