Turkey allows SOCAR and BP to establish joint institution

Turkish State Competition Authority has allowed SOCAR and BP companies to establish a joint institution that will operate in petrochemical field, APA-Economics reports citing Turkish media.

In April of this year, the companies applied to the relevant body in order to establish a joint institution.

Note that SOCAR and BP plan the construction of petrochemical complex (Mercury project) in Aliaga region of Izmir.
