Turkey to start receiving gas through TANAP in full capacity from second half of next year

More than 3,5 bln. c/m gas, produced in the Shahdeniz gas condensate field. located in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea, has been transported to Turkey through Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP) from putting into operation the pipeline until today within framework of trade operations, Head of External Relations of SOCAR Turkey Murat LeCompte told APA-Economics.

According to him, from June of 2020, Turkey will start to receive full capacity of gas through TANAP (within framework of Phase 0) and it will be 6 bln. c/m per a year).

Note that transportation of 4 bln. c/m gas is planned to Turkey through the TANAP in total from June of this year to the end of June of 2020.
