10 bln. cigarettes and papiros are forecasted to be produced in Azerbaijan next year which is 2 times more in comparison to the expectations for 2019, APA reports citing State Budget Envelope 2020.
The production of nearly 5 bln. cigarettes and papiroses are envisaged in the country this year.
According to the information this figure is forecasted to increase year by year. Thus it is expected to be produced 10 156 mln. cigarettes and papiroses in the country in 2021, 10 370,2 mln in 2022, 10 648,8 mln in 2023.
Note that 4 949,7 mln cigarettes and papiroses were produced in Azerbaijan in 2018.
