“Iran intents to increase trade relations with Azerbaijan twice”, Saeed Zarandi, Iranian Assistant Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply told APA’s Tehran bureau.
He stated that there is a great potential for cooperation between two countries in exportation of non-oil products and they intent to expand cooperation: “We want the relations between the countries to be increased twice within a period of two or three years”.
Mr. Zarandi emphasized the amount of exportation from Iran to Azerbaijan is USD 400,000 000.
“Regular meetings of Joint Economic Commission and combination of railways of two countries can make great changes in development of bilateral relations. Cultures and closeness of two countries also pave the way for progress of current relations,” Assistant Minister said.
