SOCAR reduces gas production more than 5%

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 508,100 m³ of gas in May 2017, down 5.13% compared to a year earlier, up 2.69% from April said a statement from SOCAR.

In January-May 2017, SOCAR produced 2,465,600 m³ of gas, down 6.96% in comparison to a year earlier.

SOCAR produced 508,300,000 m³ of gas in January, 450,000,000 m³ in February, 504,400,000 m³ in March and 494,800,000 m³ in April.

Total gas production across the country made up 2,462,700,000 m³ in May 2017, down 2.28% compared to e year earlier, up 4.08% from April.

Totally, gas production across the country amounted to 11,724,900 m³ in January-May, down 5.94% by contrast to 2016.

Total gas production across the country made up 2,472,400,000 m³ in January, 2,222,300,000 m³ in February, 2,201,300,000 in March and 2,362,200,000 m³ in April.
