Pilgrims from Azerbaijan are banned from leaving Mecca during 2018 Hajj pilgrimage, according to the contract signed with pilgrims.

According to the contact, pilgrims must stay on schedule and are banned from leaving Mecca during Hajj. Pilgrims will be fined for breaking the contract terms.

The contract also notes that the Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO), the organizer of Hajj pilgrimage from Azerbaijan, is not responsible for the illegal actions of pilgrims.

The submission of documents for the Hajj pilgrimage from Azerbaijan began early this week. The price for the pilgrimage is USD 4,150.
