Jeyhun Osmanli was born in 1982 in Baku. Since 1989, he studied at secondary school No. 48 in Baku; since 1993, he continued his studies at the Baku Private Turkish Lyceum. In 2003, he received a bachelor's degree, graduating with honors from Baku State University, in Political Science, and in 2005 he received a master's degree with honors from the same specialty. In 2007, he participated in the SENSE program, established by the University of Warsaw and the Polish Academy of Security, and in 2008, the Harvard University Leadership Development Program. He was a deputy of the Milli Majlis of the IV convocation. Doctor of Philosophy in Economics. Co-founder of the Green Movement of Azerbaijan.
