Political scientist

Elman Nasirov. Was born in 1968. Graduated from the Faculty of History of Baku State University (BSU) with honor diploma. In 1995-2000 he was a dissertation student at the Department of New and Modern History of European and American countries of BSU. He is a teacher of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, doctor of political sciences, professor. He is a member of the Milli Majlis, a political scientist.
