On May 25 an auction on placement of book-entry, interest bearing mortgage bonds of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund with the volume of AZN 100 million will be held at Baku Stock Exchange.
BSE told APA-Economics the bonds will be put up for sale in the price of AZN 1,004.0833.
The Financial Markets Supervisory Authority registered emission prospectus of AMF’s bonds on March 6, 2017. The volume of the issue makes up AZN 100 million, face value AZN 1,000 and interest rate 3%.
The placement will be held in public offering at BSE.
