US, European stocks go up

The U.S. Dow Jones stock index decreased by 0.12% to 23,377.24 points, S&P 500 rose by 0.09% to 2,575.26 points and NASDAQ raised 0.43% to 6,727.67 points.

In the European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went up by 0.07% to 7,493.08 points, Germany’s DAX ascended by 0.09% to 13,229.57, French CAC 40 slid by 0.18% to 5,503.29.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold prices slipped by $0.10 to $1,270.40 an ounce and silver prices slid $0.03 to $16.72.
