7 civilians accused for fraudulent land registration at Tbilisi Sea, Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia said, APA reports citing Georgia Today.
According to Service, 7 people are accused of using fake documents to appropriate state property against the law.
The investigative branch reports that the accused used fraudulent delivery and acceptance certificates to register and acquire state property of 9 000 square meters territories around the Tbilisi Sea, market price of which are higher than 164 000 GEL.
The investigation is ongoing following the Criminal Code of Georgia, first parts of articles 180 and 362. The civilians will get 6 to 9 year sentence.
