By proposal of the Azerbaijani Parliament and by relevant decree signed by chairman of CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly (IA) Council, Chairman of Russia’s Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, deputy chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament Adil Aliyev has been appointed head of CIS IA observation group in presidential elections in Moldova, press service of CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly Council MDB told APA.
Currently, the process of formation of observation group consisting of representatives of member countries of CIS IA is continued.
Remind that the presidential elections in Moldova will be held on November 1. Based on information of Moldova’s Central Election Commission, 13 candidates have been registered for participation in the presidential elections.
