The Kuzminsk District Court of Moscow City has delivered arrest decision regarding Azerbaijani who took part in the massive fight occurred in the capital city, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
The court has rendered a decision about choosing of remand in custody measure in regard to the citizen of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Giyasov who was a participant of the massive fight occurred between Armenians and Azerbaijanis at a café situated in the capital city.
Note that so far, the Moscow court has delivered arrest decision regarding three more persons who participated in the massive fights. The criminal case has been opened in their regard on the basis of the hooliganism clause.
