Five Russian Deputies re-infected with coronavirus

Five deputies of the Lower House of Russian Parliament have re-infected with novel coronavirus (COVID-19), said Speaker of State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin at the plenary meeting today, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

According to him, infection of more 11 deputies with coronavirus was revealed as a result of the test, conducted last day: "Furthermore, mostly-concerning point is that re-infection of five deputies. Antibodies did not work, they have re-infected. In total, 157 deputies have tested positive for coronavirus and recovered so far. There are also some deputies, being treated at a hospital."

Duma Speaker noted situation on the disease is not simple. He called on Deputies to be an example for citizens and hold New Year at home.
