Moscow theaters were allowed to open from August 1, subject to a limit on the number of spectators to half of the usual number. This was announced by the Special Representative of the President of Russia for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy, APA reports citing Tellerreport.

“We have good news for us, for theatergoers today. Moscow is allowed to open theaters so that 50% of spectators gather in theaters. This is from August 1, he said.
