Protest rally is held in front of Parliament building in Armenia

A protest rally is being held in front of the Parliament building in Armenia, APA reports citing news.am.

The protesters closed Bagramyan avenue extending along the parliament building.

There is a great number of police forces on the territory.

The protesters demand termination of agreement regarding solution of the Nagorno Garabagh conflict.

Note that Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at midnight he is going to sign a document that is painful for Nagorno Garabagh and himself, the protest rallies started in Armenia after that.

A group of protesters attacked the government and parliament buildings at night, committed destruction. Meanwhile, speaker of the Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan was beaten by the protesters. A. Mirzoyan with various bodily injuries was placed in hospital.
