Russian and Armenian FMs hold phone conversation

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Armenian counterpart Ara Ayvazyan have held phone conversation, APA reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.

The development in the implementation of the agreements reflected in the statements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia dated November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, security aspects, humanitarian component, unblocking economic and transport links have been thoroughly discussed during a phone conversation.

The importance of overlapping interests and joint construction work of all countries in the region have been noted.

The ministries have discussed the issues of mutual interest as well.
