Baku-Moscow airplane, having an emergency landing in Volgograd reaches destination - UPDATED

The Aeroflot Company’s airplane, flying in Baku-Moscow route and having an emergency landing in Volgograd has already reached Moscow, Heydar Aliyev International Airport told APA.

According to the information, the plane, having an emergency landing in Volgograd, has been sent off Moscow and landed in Sheremetyevo Airport a few minutes ago.

Three planes made an emergency landing in Volgograd International Airport, APA reports citing Russian press.

Two of these planes made an emergency landing due to passengers’ health problems.

An aircraft flying in Krasnoyarsk-Simferepol route had an emergency landing as passenger did not feel good at 10:00 p.m to Moscow time on Friday. The passenger was taken to regional hospital.

The second airplane, flying from Grozny to Moscow had an emergency landing due to leak of hydraulic fluid at 01:18 a.m to Moscow time at Volgograd International Airport.

The other plane, having an emergency landing in Volgograd airport, was flying in Baku-Moscow route. The reason of landing was a 60-year-old woman’s health problem. She did not feel well and was taken to hospital.

“Airplanes, flying in Grozny-Vnukovo and Baku-Moscow routes are still in Volgograd, they are expected to depart. Krasnoyarsk-Simferepol airplane has already been sent to destination”, it is said in the Volgograd International Airport.

Heydar Aliyev International Airport told APA that mentioned Baku-Moscow aircraft belongs to Aeroflot Company of Russia: “It is unknown when the airplane will fly from Volgograd to Moscow”.
